Kitesurfing Courses
Courses are run on a continual basis with groups of not more than 4 people per instructor on the beach part of the course (day 1 of the beginner course)and 2 per instructor in the water. Most people have very limited experience of kitesurfing so book the beginner and waterwork courses but we can teach to any level as some of our instructors compete at international level.Certificate / Licenses
We are an IKO recognized centre which means we teach to a certain standard and also means we can issue the IKO Kiteboarder card. These come in different levels depending on ability. There is also a booklet which is very informative which can be bought at the centre or online.

Introduction Course
2 Days (8 Hours)
Tue + Wed or Thurs + Fri or Sun + Mon

Day 1
- 1 hours theory with an introduction to kites, wind window, tides, weather and with a look at different types and sizes.
- Rigging up (inflation, connecting lines, harness and how it works).
- Launching (off the beach).
- Landing (on the beach).
- Basic Flying movement, explanation of the window, safety system etc.
Day 2
This day will start with a getting kitted out (choosing the wetsuit, harness, bouyancy aid, crash hat)
- Then into the water for a 2 hour bodydragging downwind and gaining confidence in the water with re-launching
- Waterstarting
- Downwind sailing

Water Work Only
4 hours
This is a 4 hour course aimed at people who have done a
beginner kite course elsewhere and for one reason
or another were unable to complete it or
feel they would like to recap on the
water work to boost their confidence. They know
all the theory, are competent beach flyers but just
need to cover body dragging and getting on the
board.

Board Work only
2 Hours
This course is for those people who all they
need to do is learn to ride. It assumes you can re-launch,
body drag with 1 hand and are competent at flying the kite

Downwind
This a 2 hour downwind blast with a group of 4 kiters.
The safety boat is with you at all times and is aimed
at people who just want to practice riding. There is no
instruction involved just assistance
