We are always looking for new motivated, enthusiastic and professional staff either for the current season or following seasons. We employ kitesurf, windsurf and surf instructors as well as beach hands and require that all applicants hold a valid European driving license.

Applicants for instructor positions should be qualified and speak minimum 2 languages: the main languages being English,  Spanish, German, Italian and French. 

Kitesurf Instructors

Minimum qualification from IKO, VDWS, FIS

Boat driving license

Commissioned based wages dependent on experience and languages

Windsurf Instructors

VDWS license

ISA or equivalent license

No experience necessary although an advantage

Job duties to include transfers of clients, rigging, helping launch and land, general enquiries, helping on rescues, etc.
